The fund aims at investing in underlying instruments: (a) Real Estate Funds, (b) Real Estate Debentures; (c) Real Estate SPV shares; (d) Real Estate private equity shares (FIP); (e) Real Estate stock fund shares (FIA); (f) Potential Additional Construction Certificates (CEPAC); (g) FII shares; (h) Real State Receivables Certificate (CRI); (i) Real Estate Credit Receivables Investment Fund (FIDC) shares; (j) mortgage-backed securities; (k) real estate credit bills (LCI); (l) real estate secured bills (LIG); and (m) other real estate bonds, in accordance with the eligibility criteria defined in the investment policy.

FIDC Valyos

The purpose of the fund is to invest resources in the acquisition of credit rights arising from financing operations for the development and construction of real estate projects, mainly residential, in accordance with the bylaws.

VGIP11 – FII

The objective of the fund is to invest preponderantly in Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI), according to the eligibility criteria defined in the investment policy. It has a profitability benchmark linked to inflation indexes.

VGIR11 – FII

The fund’s objective is to invest preponderantly in Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI), according to the eligibility criteria defined in the investment policy. It has DI as its profitability benchmark.
